Welcome New Faculty: Martina Anto-Ocrah

Martina Anto-Ocrah

Dr. Martina Anto-Ocrah joins the School of Medicine as a faculty member in General Internal Medicine.

Anto-Ocrah received her doctoral degree in Epidemiology at the University of Rochester (May 2018). Prior to completing her doctorate, she pursued an undergraduate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York (2000). In 2005 Anto-Ocrah received her Master of Public Health Degree from the University of Rochester, worked in the corporate and private sectors for a few years, before returning to the university in 2013, to complete her PhD.

Her research interests are focus mainly on under-resourced settings and vulnerable populations and center around Reproductive Epidemiology, Behavioral Neurology and Global Emergency Medicine Research Methods and Epidemiology.

In her spare time, Anto-Ocrah enjoys humorously documenting parenting a 10-year-old singleton and his 7-year-old triplet siblings.
