Lorie Johnson-Osho

Lorie Johnson-Osho, EdD is the Director of Faculty Diversity and Development in the Office of the Provost at the University of Pittsburgh. She brings numerous years of experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to promote diverse, equitable, and inclusive cultures for students, faculty, and staff. 

Prior to working at Pitt, she was an Assistant Professor in the education department at Grove City College and Director of Multicultural Recruiting and Engagement. Previously she served as Assistant Dean of Graduate Student Programs in the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences.

She earned a BA in journalism and communication and an MA in counseling education from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She holds an EdD in Educational Administration from Roosevelt University.
